Folding-Out Laptop by iWeb Will Make Your Peers Fold Up

In the age where every other day you get to see striking advancements in the world of electronic gadgets, it sometimes gets very mundane to cheer up at the most futuristic gadget. Having said that, I am still very sure if you took a closer look at this laptop you would spring with joy. This folding-out laptop has the capability to shrink, but it does not compromise on its performance.

Designer Yang Yongchang marvels us with this ground-breaking creation. We have always missed an elaborate keyboard on our laptops and that feeling is not a very good one. This can satisfy your desire of having a full-sized keyboard on your laptop. It features a keyboard which can be folded inwards from both the ends, this feature will try to eliminate the inconvenience caused to your hands while typing.

Insectarium by Madame Peripetie

You know those insect-like Nina Ricci boots, recently immortalized inW‘s Bruce Willis/Emma Heming shoot? Above is a pair that makes those look like a pair of standard-grade Demonias. German companyKronier creates angular, futuristic shoes designed to challenge even the most poised high-heel connoisseurs. Raphael Young’s Futuristic Footwear – Autumn/Winter 2009

Paris-based shoe designer Raphael Young launched his new collection for Autumn/Winter 2009. From his last season’s Japanese samurai influence, Young introduced his futuristic inspired footwear collection. According to Young, who studied physics and math in school, “the towering pieces are comfortable, made with balance in mind, and constructed in such a way that each shoe receives individualized attention.”

Back To The Future Nike McFly Sneaker Prototype Turns Up Online

Last Year we heard about one man’s quest to get Nike to release the futuristic self-lacing shoes featured in the movie Back To The Future II. Although you may be thinking to yourself, “Aren’t these shoes like… not real?”, it hardly seems to matter. Plenty of special shoes featured in films have found their way into the hands of collectors, from Forrest Gump’s Nike Cortez to Rocky’s Chuck Taylors. Although online petitions for the shoe had amassed a large number of signatures, Nike still seemed to be ignoring the demand, but now a sneaker prototype leaked to the web seems to indicate that the Air McFly may finally see the light of day! Although there has been no official word on the matter, and it is quite possible that these images are fake, they do look very close to the original movie prop. If it’s a fan-made job, then it’s a pretty impressive one. Head over to Sneaker Hunt to give them a look, and then head back over to the McFly 2015 website to place a theoretical order for the shoes.

Futuristic shoes by Nina Hjorth

Futuristic looking shoes often look great, but futuristic looking and wearable shoes are even better which is what Shoe designer Nina Hjorth has created for her collection.

NEON ELECTRIC SHOE “FUTURISTIC CONCEPT”

This neon shoe was made with a 3D printer, Its design features urban Japanese icons as well as city names in honor of the Asics sub-brand Onitsuka Tiger. Modeled after the city of Tokyo, the 1-meter (~3 foot) long featured the neon skyline, congested highways, and teeming rolls of signages. The sculpture also paid homage to Japanese sub-culture, such as Godzilla, with its inclusion. LED lights and neon band further assist in the sculpture’s completion. Totally 21st Century! This could pose a challenge to the all shoe industry players to take this futuristic concept to a reality. Or just may be there are big shoe companies already cooking up something similar to this cool idea. Just Can’t wait to see that happen.
